Intro

Hello everyone. I hope I already know most of you (I like it when there's people I know in class, it makes it a nicer experience for me (that goes for you too Prof. Ariel.)) If i don't know most of you then that is OK, it is nice to be outside of one's comfor zone as well.

For those of you that I don't know: my full name is Gerardo Galván Olvera. This would be my seventh semester of ISC11.

I like to think, to solve problems and to mess around with computers ( sometimes in a cool productive way, sometimes in Tumblr ). I enjoy watching good and bad horror films with my partner, watching lots of anime and playing videogames. Also following many Youtube Ed creators as well. I'll put up a fight in Smash and I'll mess you up in Halo. Sometimes I like to read complete random Wikipedia articles.

I expect a lot about programming languages theory from this class. It'd be nice if that happened. I also espect some mandatory fiction novel (which I'll either really enjoy or speedrun before reading exams).

Either way, I'm looking forward to having a pleasant time with this class.
